Please note orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit for it to be secured. Your deposit means you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. If your deposit is not received your order is not secured.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE!

Order changes are accepted up to 2 weeks before your order is due. The remaining balance of your order is due 2 weeks before your delivery or pick up date. Orders under $100 are required to be paid in full.

A 2 week notice is required for all orders. Orders under 2 weeks from your event date are subject to availability, full payment, and a $30-50 rush fee.

All prices are starting prices. Depending on the theme and design you may want will determine your orders final cost.

Pick up is in the area of 35071. For safety reasons the address is provided 24 hours before the pick up date. Delivery and setup up fee starts at $30.

PLEASE BE ON TIME, THERE WILL BE A $25 LATE FEE FOR LATE PICKUP.

We are not held responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur to your order once it has been picked up.

Please keep in mind that when I ask for inspo pictures I am looking for your decorations, balloon colors, centerpieces, backdrops, any cake you may have ordered(if not from Treats Studio), exact colors of your event. I will look at others work for inspiration, however I will not recreate any other bakers/treat makers work.
